Licence Design
At C&A, I led the design and product strategy for licensed collections across Nightwear, Legwear, and select Lingerie and Swimwear categories. My focus was on creating commercially strong, trend-relevant collections that brought globally loved characters to life — especially from Disney, Peanuts, and Looney Tunes.
From Characters to Capsules Each licence project extended beyond the garment — I worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop coordinated gifting and lifestyle products such as blankets, cushions, bags, and boxed gift sets, ensuring cohesive storytelling across departments and categories.
I managed the creative collaboration between fashion designer Dawid Tomaszewski and Peanuts, overseeing the design integration across multiple product areas. This project brought together elevated fashion aesthetics with beloved character storytelling — a standout moment that combined premium detailing with playful brand DNA.
